2 months ago, we advised a client set up a Section 75 dispute for faulty goods he received, before taking the matter to a claims court.
The company he was trying to get his money back from, tried everything they could to stop him doing so, including knowingly falsifying documents to prevent a refund. Little did they know, our client recorded everything secretly on his phone.
Today, Section 75 saw through their false claims, and have managed to get our client a full refund.
Now part 2 begins, bringing a private prosecution against the company in question for Fraud. We have composed a case file of over 300 pages, including the secret audio clip made by our client, and will be approaching the CPS for charging advise.
